300 years ago, the barbecue began in the south of the country. The barbecue at that time was made only by experts, who transmitted the knowledge to their children and grandchildren. Since then, almost nothing has changed. We brought all the barbecue ritual and the ancestral knowledge of the BBQ (drinks not included).
After lunch, visit the Sugarloaf Mountain, one of the icons of the wonderful city of Rio, located in the Urca neighborhood.
