HALF DAY CITY TOUR (COLONIAL AND MODERN LIMA)
Visit the modern and colonial parts of the city of Lima the "City of Kings", beginning in the districts of Miraflores and San Isidro. Pass by a Huaca or sacred pre-Inca site. There will then be a stop at Parque del Amor (Lovers Park) in Miraflores for its magnificent view over the Pacific Ocean. The tour also includes the Historic Centre based on the Main Square, where the Presidential Palace, the Archbishop´s Palace, the Municipality of Lima and the Cathedral are located, as well as a visit to one of the largest colonial-era convents.

Day 3: Monday: Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley
Breakfast. At schedule time transfer to the airport to board the flight to Cusco city.

Upon arrival in Cusco one of our representatives will meet you and then you will be transferred to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. The Sacred Valley allows better acclimatization due to its lower altitude compared to Cusco city. Have the rest of the day at leisure to rest and get used to the altitude

Day 4: Tuesday: Sacred Valley, Aguas Calientes

FULL DAY AUTHENTIC SACRED VALLEY
You will head to Chinchero to visit the PARWA Center, where you can appreciate beautiful textiles and even buy some to take home. After, visit the Chinchero church, which was built by the Spanish in 1607 and remains standing until today. Continue with a visit to the ruins of Chinchero, where you will find an important Inca center in which terraces and aqueducts were built. Then, you will stop at the Racchi Viewpoint, from where you will have a panoramic view of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Afterwards, you will head towards the town of Ollantaytambo, where you will find the imposing Inca fortress that bears the same name. This place is of great historical importance, because it is where Manco Inca defeated the Spanish forces in 1538. Then, you will descend to the town of Ollantaytambo which stands out for still maintaining the Inca urban planning as part of his original urban layout, with some buildings and narrow stone alleys. You can tour the town and visit the local market.
At proper time you will board the train to Machu Picchu.

MACHU PICCHU
You are going to visit one of the most important energy centers of the world: Machu Picchu. You will be driven to the archeological site, for an unforgettable experience, with a professional tour guide to share with you all the history that surrounds this mysterious and enchanting place. Once the guided tour is over, you will have some free time to explore the site on your own, to relax, or to meditate. At the agreed upon hour, you will descend to Aguas Calientes for lunch and board the train later that afternoon for the return trip.

Day at leisure in Cusco! Enjoy the charm of this beautiful colonial city that was built upon the remains of amazing Inca buildings. Not to miss: Temple of the Sun (Koricancha), San Blas artisan’s neighborhood, the Cathedral and the Inca Fortress of Sacsayhuaman.

You will visit the city of Cusco, known as the Imperial City and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Here you will start your tour at the iconic San Blas. The visit continues with the Koricancha Temple, an ancient Inca palace and cult center of the Sun God, above which the order of the Dominicans built a church, which remains standing to this day. You will continue ascending to the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman, an impressive example of Inca military architecture. Afterwards, you will explore Q’enqo archeological site, where important Inca ceremonies took place. Finally, you will arrive to the Plaza de Armas (main square), where you will visit the Cathedral, the most important temple in the city.

Day 7: Friday: Cusco, Puno

At the scheduled time, you will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to the bus station to take the departure from Cusco to Puno.
Leave the station at the start of a bus journey to Puno; en route enjoy the magnificent scenery of the southern valley of Cusco. First stop is Andahuaylillas, which has a beautiful 17th Century church containing an impressive organ decorated with angels and cherubs. After that, the ruins at Racchi -also known as the "Temple of Wiracocha”- the different zones of which were used for different purposes. After this visit, you will enjoy a typical and delicious buffet lunch at a local restaurant. Then you will visit the archaeological site of Puca-Pucara, basically a military camp that also functioned as an administrative center. Finally, you will arrive at the bus station in Puno.

Day 8: Saturday: Puno, Copacabana, Sun Island
Travel by private transport from Puno with a wonderful view of Lake Titicaca along the route (3 hours) until Copacabana (3 ½ hours), a pleasant town on the shores of the lake. Visit its church and the famous "Virgen Morena". Travel by boat, crossing the lake to the Island of the Sun (1 hour) until Huacani to have an Aptapi (typical lunch in the highlands), the trip continues by boat up till to the ruins of Pilkokaina Inca temple Finally hike to La Estancia with a wonderful view of Lake Titicaca (1 hour approximately).

Hike down through Yumani visiting the Inca stairs and the Water of the Eternal Youth, then take a trip north by boat to visit Chincana ruins and the Sacred Rock (1 hour); continue by boat to the Island of the Moon (1 hour) and the Inca ruins of Iñak Uyu temple to finally reach Copacabana (1 ½ hours). Private transportation to La Paz (3 ½ hours) with very nice views of the Andes Royal Range.

HALF DAY CITY TOUR AND VALLEY OF THE MOON
A 4 hours city tour through La Paz, elected as one of the 7 wonder cities in the world, located in a valley at the foothills of the Andes Range, situated at 3,632m / 11942 ft. above sea level. The tour goes through the street markets rich in handicrafts, weavings and witchcraft items, followed by a visit to the colonial section of the city, San Francisco Church, Gold Museum, Murillo Square also visit to the viewpoint "Mirador de Killi Killi"; and the outdoor replica of Tiwanaku temple. Then descending to the more modern, southern part of La Paz to reach and visit the Valley of the Moon, where a clay mountain has been impressively shaped by erosion. Ride by cable car “Teleférico”, it’s an excellent choice to discover an excellent and beautiful view of La Paz. This is a must for every one!

Then to the north to visit the pre-Columbian fort of Ayque Pucará and the nearby chullpares, both on the foothills of the Thunupa volcano; later continue east to Colchani (2 hours). Travel south visiting first the cemetery of old trains, then through the highlands, passing the villages of San Cristobal, Culpina K until the high and the rich valley of Alota (3 hours), then to the areas with great stone formations due to erosion. This will be a long day! Early departures to la REA reserve, visiting Laguna Colorada (4,278 m – 2 hours), geysers “Sol de Mañana”, Chalviri lagoon and its natural hot springs of Polques. Continue through the high desert of Pampas de Dali until “Laguna Verde” (3 hours), a beautiful green lagoon at the foothills of the Licancabur Mountain; continue until the Bolivian border Hito Cajon. Meeting and transfer with our Chile team to cross the border to take you to your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama.

Santiago is a cosmopolitan city that blends tradition with modernity. We will show you the origins of our city and landmarks such as Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, the Post Office and the Municipality of Santiago. The tour will continue to the Government Palace and we will have the chance to walk through some of the most traditional streets and neighborhoods. Later we will go towards the east, where we’ll see modern buildings and how they have transformed the city.

Departing from downtown Santiago you head toward the coast, located just 120 kilometers / 75 miles from Santiago, crossing the fertile Curacaví and Casablanca Valleys, with their beautiful vineyards, fruit tree farms, and forest reserves. En route you will visit two major cities of the country: Viña del Mar, Chile's main seaside town and Valparaíso, a port city founded in the sixteenth century and declared as "World Heritage Site by UNESCO."
The tour also includes a scenic tour through National Congress, Parque O'Higgins, Parque Italia, Plaza de la Victoria, Plaza Sotomayor and "Muelle Prat Wharf located at the port itself in Valparaiso. Then visit the Museum of the famous Chilean poet, writer and Nobel Prize Literature winner (1971) Pablo Neruda La Sebastiana House-Museum. La Sebastiana was a fantasy place by Pablo Neruda wanted to run to and away from the hectic and busy pace of Santiago. “I feel the tiredness of Santiago. This was how Pablo Neruda put it in 1959 to his friends Sara Vial and Marie Martner. The house became a reality and now houses a collections of old maps, seascapes and other paintings. There are many other relics from the port and other curios such as music boxes and an old horse carved in wood.
You will visit the elevators – cable cars that take you to the peaks around Valparaiso with amazing look outs – miradores – offering views of the city. Cerro Alegre-Cerro Conception, Sotomayor Square, Naval Heroes Monument, and Paseo 21 de Mayo at Cerro Playa Ancha are just a few sites you will see.
Vina del Mar, also known as "the Garden City", has 300,000 inhabitants and is the country's main beach resort. Located next to the Port of Valparaiso, it has a good selection of restaurants, a casino, cafes and discotheques and shops.
Past and present intermingle in this bustling tourist center. Here, you will visit the "Flowers Clock", "Quinta Vergara", "Muelle Vergara" and "the casino", before your guide takes you for a drive along the coast to Reñaca Beach.

Our journey will depart from Santiago to the coast located 120 kilometers from Santiago, passing through the fertile valleys "Curacaví and Casablanca", its vineyards, fruit plantations and forest reserves.
