Day 1: US – Overnight flight

Arrival at your US departure airport ready to check-in for a flight* to Buenos Aires city. Night on board. *If either your outbound or inbound flights depart in the early hours (before 4:00 a.m.) you must arrive at the airport the night before the indicated departure day.

Day 2: Buenos Aires

Arrival and transfer from international airport to hotel with guide.

Leisure day.

The birthplace of the tango is, like the dance itself, captivating, seductive and bustling with energy. Atmospheric old neighbourhoods are rife with romantic restaurants and Buenos Aires European heritage is evident in its architecture, boulevards and parks.

Day 3: Buenos Aires City Tour (3 hours)

Buffet Breakfast.

At the first stop discover the history of May Square, the site of the most important historical events: see its surroundings, the most emblematic buildings, and learn all about them. Then enjoy the oldest residential neighborhood in Buenos Aires: San Telmo. Walk along its cobble-stoned streets and discover its antiques shops and picturesque buildings.Live and feel the original Tango in the neighborhood of La Boca: walk along Caminito Street and enjoy the dancers and souvenir shops. See the mythical Boca Juniors soccer stadium.Contemplate the modernization of the city whilst traveling along Madero Port and its exclusive docks, full of excellent restaurants. Pass through the Retiro neighborhood and move on to see Palermo and its most exclusive residential area before finally arriving at Recoleta. Once there, discover the final resting place of Eva Peron, "Evita" and wander through Recoleta Cemetery where she is to be found.

Day 4: Buenos Aires – Iguazu

Transfer from hotel in downtown to domestic airport without guide.

Flight Buenos Aires - Iguazu (flight is included)

Arrive and transfer to the airport for flight from Puerto Iguazu to hotel. Iguazu home of the mighty Iguazu Falls! Take the afternoon at your leisure and rest in this beautiful natural setting.

Day 5: Argentinean Falls Tour with Fee Included (6-7 hours) entrances included

Iguazú National Park a total of 55,500 hectares— bears the name of the river serving as northern border, which means "great waters" in the guaraní language. Surrounded by a lush subtropical rainforest, we will find the majestic Iguazú Waterfalls. Its water volume and more than 275 falls places it among the most important and spectacular waterfalls in the world. On different footbridges, we will visit the heart of the waterfalls, appreciating them from different angles. We will visit the lower circuit, and feel part of nature, refreshing ourselves with waterfall drizzle. On the upper circuit, we will stop at different viewpoints, and then reach the balcony at Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat). No doubt, this is the most amazing of all falls: water falls down from 80 meters.

Day 6: Iguazu – Salta

Buffet Breakfast.

Transfer in shared service from hotel in Puerto Iguazú to Puerto Iguazú airport with guide.

Flight Iguazu – Salta (flight is included).

Arrive and transfer in private service from Salta airport to hotel without guide. Explore the wild landscapes of northwest Argentina and travel along an ancient Incan route through multicolored canyons to this gorge, a UNESCO World Heritage Centre.

Day 7: Vuelta a las Alturas & Salinas Grandes tour (12 hours)

The trip begins in Salta towards the Tastil Ruins arriving to San Antonio de los Cobres, after two hours stop for lunch and a short visit the town. We continue our trip along Route 40 crossing one of the most desertic areas of our country. Soon, and already in the province of Jujuy, we arrive to Salinas Grandes (The Great Salt Flat), where the inmensity of the area, the white shiny salt invites you to relax and take good shots. We continue down the Lipán Cliff arriving to Purmamarca, one of the typical towns of Humahuaca Gorge with its Seven Colors Hill and the enchantment of the small houses. We return to Salta after a brief visit to San Salvador de Jujuy.

Day 8: Humahuaca Tour - Tilcara Fee included (14 hours)

Buffet Breakfast.

Surrounded by high mountain ranges and carved by the Grande River, the magnificent Quebrada de Humahuaca, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, shows a heavenly landscape with small villages. Sharing history and ancient traditions, its residents preserve their religious beliefs, rituals, art, festivities, and agricultural techniques. We will travel Sub-Andean valleys, crossing San Salvador de Jujuy, León y Yala, until reaching the Quebrada"s main "gate". Starting here, we will visit different villages: Purmamarca, at the foot of Cerro de los Siete Colores, Tilcara, with its colorful crafts and looms fair; and Pucará, where we will visit the ruins, and the Anthropological Museum. Finally, we will arrive at the historical city of Humahuaca, where the Church and Cabildo are a must.

Day 9: Cafayate Tour (12 hours)

Buffet Breakfast.

Only 183 km away from the capital of Salta, Cafayate is undoubtedly the second most important city in Salta. It stands out for torrontés (white, fruity) wine production which is possible thanks to its special weather, combining temperature and humidity in perfect harmony to develop this select kind of grape. Starting at Cerillos, we will enjoy a road that changes at each curve, offering innumerable color contrasts. We will travel across El Carril, Coronel Moldes, Ampascachi, Talapampa, and Quebrada del Río Las Conchas, which has been declared a natural monument for its rocky formations and colored hills, and arrive at Cafayate, a village located within Valles Calchaquíes, where we will visit a winery. On our way back to the city of Salta, we will appreciate the quebrada at sunset, and stop at Posta de las Cabras, a typical roadside stop with a wide variety of dairy goats where different types of cheese and wines are sold.

Day 10: Salta – Buenos Aires – U.S.
