This tour is a shared service, is not suitable for wheelchair users or strollers. It is not recommended for travelers with heart conditions, mobility limitations, or pregnant women, and it requires participants to have a moderate level of physical fitness.

Moderate. Hiking at altitude is tougher than your average walk so don’t underestimate the challenge. Suitable for anyone with a moderate level of fitness. It’s 8km of hiking in total, climbing 400m in altitude.

Hiking boots (very comfortable), wind and rain jacket, fleece sweater (it's better to wear several lightweight layers than one heavy fleece), sun hat (with a visor or brim), sunglasses, and comfortable, lightweight, quick-drying clothing (jeans are not recommended). Cotton T-shirts, hiking shorts, a bandana, water bottle or canteen, camera, snacks, sunscreen and high-protection sun cream, insect repellent, and lip balm.
